What happens at my appointment?
We discuss your symptoms and goals, assess your movement and explain what we find. Your physiotherapist will agree a plan with you, which may include hands-on treatment, exercises and advice suited to your needs.
Do I need a diagnosis or GP referral?
You can book a self-pay appointment without a diagnosis or GP referral. If you are using private health insurance, check your insurer's referral and authorisation requirements before booking.
Can I claim through a health cash plan?
Book as self-pay and pay online. We provide a paid itemised invoice after payment. You can submit a claim after treatment according to your cover; reimbursement is decided by your cash-plan provider. Check their requirements and let us know if you need extra treatment or clinician details.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing that lets us assess the affected area. Bring any relevant reports or a list of medicines if you have them. For insured treatment, have your policy and authorisation details ready.
