General Queries

What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy helps restore movement, reduce pain, and improve day-to-day function after injury, strain, surgery, or persistent musculoskeletal symptoms.

What qualifications do your physiotherapists have?
Our clinicians are degree-qualified physiotherapists and registered with the HCPC, with ongoing professional development in musculoskeletal care.
How can I give feedback?
You can share feedback through the Contact page or speak to the clinic team directly.

Payment and Insurance

How do I pay for my appointment?
If you are paying for yourself, the booking page will show when payment is due. If you are using insurance, we will ask for your insurer and authorisation details.
How much does treatment cost?
Current self-pay appointment fees are shown on the booking and pricing pages.
Will private medical insurance cover treatment?
Coverage depends on your policy. Enter the insurer and authorisation details shown in your policy documents when booking.

Treatment - What to Expect

What happens at my first appointment?
Your clinician will review your history, assess movement and function, explain likely pain drivers, and agree a clear treatment plan.
What happens at follow-up appointments?
Each follow-up reviews progress, updates your plan, and focuses on treatment and rehabilitation progression.
Will every appointment include hands-on treatment?
Treatment is tailored to clinical need. Sessions may include manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, education, or a combination.
