Options to discuss

Support shaped around your workplace

The right format depends on the workforce, clinical need, site and practical arrangements. We agree the programme, delivery dates and availability with your team before work begins.

On-site physiotherapy

Discuss work-focused musculoskeletal assessment, treatment and practical activity advice at your workplace where the scope and capacity can be agreed.

Workstation support

Explore workstation reviews and education suited to the jobs, equipment and working patterns at your site.

Workforce education

Discuss workshops or wellbeing sessions around movement, self-management and common work-related musculoskeletal concerns.

See how we agree service scope, private space and site arrangements before delivery.

What to include in an enquiry

A brief operational picture helps us decide what can be offered and who should be involved in the next discussion.

  • Workplace location, site access, whether a private accessible room is available, and whether care is needed on site, in clinic or in a combined format.

  • Broad job demands, workforce size or expected number of participants, and any shift or scheduling constraints.

  • The service you want to discuss, such as physiotherapy, workstation support or an education session.

  • Preferred timing, reporting needs and who will coordinate the service and agree commercial terms.

How it works

Agree the service before individual referrals

01

Tell us about the workplace

Use the professional service enquiry for organisation and site requirements only. Do not include employee names or clinical details.

02

Agree a workable scope

Nexus discusses clinical fit, location, capacity, format, scheduling and any reporting or consent requirements with your team.

03

Confirm delivery and referral routes

Only after scope and terms are agreed do we confirm how individual referrals, appointments and any consent-led updates will be handled.

Standard rehabilitation packages include concise initial, progress and discharge functional updates, with employee consent. Detailed job-specific reports or bespoke assessment questions are quoted separately. Your proposal confirms visit pattern, delivery dates, reporting and any travel or setup charges.

Read what an agreed functional update can cover, what the quote confirms, and how we agree timelines and the secure formal-referral route.

For clinic-based options, view our current clinic locations. The appointment location and service availability are confirmed in your proposal.

Next step

Discuss the service you need

Share your organisation, site and service requirements through the occupational health enquiry. Please do not include employee details in the public form.
