Service scope and delivery

Work-focused physiotherapy
Musculoskeletal assessment, treatment and exercise linked to an employee's work activities. Clinic or on-site delivery is confirmed for the location, clinical need and available capacity. This service does not include general occupational health medical assessments or statutory health surveillance.
Workplace options
Workstation education and workforce sessions can be discussed separately from individual treatment, with audience, format and content agreed in your programme.
On-site requirements
Individual care requires a private, accessible room. Site access, equipment and shift or appointment arrangements are agreed before delivery.

Included updates and additional reports

Reporting is agreed for a purpose and recipient, with the employee's consent, before clinical information is shared.

Routine updates included
Standard rehabilitation packages include concise initial, progress and discharge updates on work demands, physical capabilities, limitations and rehabilitation progress.
Additional reporting quoted separately
Detailed job-specific return-to-work reports, bespoke questions and report-only assessments are quoted separately, with questions and a delivery date agreed. Full clinical records are not routinely transferred.

What the quote will confirm

Clinical and reporting scope
Appointment duration, visit pattern, treatment budget, included updates and any separately priced assessment or report are agreed before work starts. Existing client agreements continue to apply.
Workplace costs and terms
Your quote confirms the payer, invoicing and payment terms, any travel, setup or minimum-booking costs, and cancellation or missed-appointment arrangements.

Timelines and formal referrals

Dates and coordination
Start dates, appointment and report deadlines and a coordinating contact are confirmed for each instruction or programme, subject to clinical suitability and availability. We discuss delays and revised dates with the referrer.
Secure handoff
Use the public enquiry for organisation, workplace location and service requirements only. Once the service is agreed, we confirm the secure route for employee details, referral and booking arrangements, consent and report recipients.
