Copyright and using our content

Website text, photographs, graphics and other materials can be protected by copyright or other rights. Materials created for Nexus belong to their relevant rights holders, which may be Nexus, a contributor or a licensor. Publication here does not transfer those rights.

Reading, saving and sharing information

You may link to our public pages and save or print reasonable extracts of Nexus-owned information for your own non-commercial reference. Keep any source or copyright acknowledgement with the extract. Personal reference copies should not be presented as a clinical plan or as your own professional advice.

  • Ask permission before reproducing substantial Nexus-owned material, using it commercially or republishing it on another website.
  • Do not use Nexus branding or a clinician's identity to imply an endorsement, partnership or qualification that has not been agreed.
  • This page does not restrict uses permitted by applicable copyright law, including relevant statutory exceptions.

Third-party material and patient information

Logos, review excerpts, photographs and linked resources may have separate owners and terms. Our permission to use Nexus-owned content does not grant permission to copy material belonging to a patient, reviewer, photographer, the NHS or another organisation. Check the original source and any licence conditions.

  • A public review or photograph is not permission to reuse it for a different advertisement or purpose.
  • Patient images and information also involve confidentiality and privacy rights; copyright permission alone is not enough.
  • This policy does not limit your rights to request access to your own personal information or care records.

Permission requests or concerns

Contact info@nexusphysio.co.uk with the page address, the material concerned and how you want to use it. If you believe material infringes your rights, explain your connection to it and the concern. Avoid including unrelated confidential information.
