Healix booking questions
Is Healix cover the same for every employer?
No. Use the benefit and claims rules for your own scheme. A colleague's or another employer's treatment allowance does not establish what your policy will fund.
Can I arrange an appointment online with a Healix reference?
Contact Nexus first so we can match the scheme instructions, clinician and invoice payer. We will then explain the appropriate booking route.
What happens if more sessions are recommended?
The treating physiotherapist can discuss the clinical recommendation, but additional funded visits depend on your scheme's approval. Keep the agreed allowance and any reporting requirements up to date with the clinic.
