Physiotherapy with a Westfield Health cash plan
If your Westfield Health cash plan includes physiotherapy, you can book a self-pay appointment at Nexus Newham and submit the eligible cost to your plan after attending.
You pay Nexus first. Your provider decides what your plan will reimburse.
Keep a full receipt, not just a payment slip
Westfield's guidance asks for a full receipt identifying the patient, practitioner, payments and treatment dates. An unpaid invoice or card receipt on its own is not sufficient. Its published money-back claims guide currently gives a 26-week submission window; check the terms of your own plan and claim promptly.

- Does my plan include this physiotherapy benefit and is there money left to claim?
- Is my physiotherapist registered with an organisation accepted by Westfield?
- What receipt evidence and deadline apply, especially if I pay before attending?
Your invoice and treatment details
Use the Nexus paid itemised invoice and check that it shows both payment and the treatment received. Contact us for any missing treatment dates or clinician information. Westfield, not Nexus, decides whether your claim is eligible.
Keep a copy of your evidence and use your provider's secure claims service. Please do not send policy documents or payment details through a public website message.

We assess your symptoms, explain the findings and agree a recovery plan. Treatment may include hands-on care and exercise, depending on what is appropriate for you.

Where do I submit my Westfield claim?
Use My Westfield, the My Westfield app or the claim method provided for your policy. Submit your own treatment evidence after paying and attending; Nexus does not submit a cash-plan claim for you.
Can I claim as soon as I pay online?
Do not treat advance payment as proof of completed treatment. Westfield's receipt guidance requires evidence that the treatment has been received, including the treatment date.
What if my benefit covers only part of the appointment?
You remain responsible for the Nexus appointment fee. Ask Westfield what portion it will reimburse before booking if the available balance affects your decision.
